For the family members who wanted to see the Bucks halftime Jazzercizing extravaganza, here is a video from You Tube. I couldn't get it to autolink so you'll have to copy and paste into your web address bar.
I'm the one with the black pants and red shirt (lol) - I also have a small white flower in my hair. It was a blast and a good time with my Jazzercize girlfriends!
In this video, I'm in the lower left hand corner, 4 in from the left in the front row. When we switch positions, I walk to the other side of the court, still front row.

Countdown to Wyatt’s 1st Birthday!
It’s amazing to us that Wyatt is almost one year old! Before Wyatt was born, Jeff and I couldn’t imagine how we would feel about a second child. How could we love someone as much as we loved Will? Who could be as cute/cool/smart/funny as Will?
But what they say is true; as a parent, you love each of your children equally and in different ways. Wyatt warms our heart and fills our days with joy and love. We are so thankful he is here and couldn’t imagine our family without him. He is full of energy and tries to keep up with his big brother, Will. He has the biggest smile that makes you want to rush over and smother him with kisses.
Wyatt received his 2nd haircut last week, 1/11/10. His 1st haircut was executed in November by Grandma Pat Leiting – a tradition! This 2nd haircut had a lot more hair to cut. We couldn’t wait until his first birthday like we did with Will. Unlike Will, Wyatt was born with a full head of hair and although the shaggy boy cuts are in right now, Wyatt’s beautiful blue eyes, long black eyelashes and full lips combined with long hair have people guessing he’s a girl!
Here's a recent picture of Wyatt and his new found "funny face." All of a sudden he started doing this one night a dinner, and each time we said, "Wyatt, make a funny face," he'd make these scrunched up faces. He's as much of a clown as Will!
Nursing Wyatt to a full year was more of a challenge than it was with Will, but I’ve made it! I feel it’s quite the accomplishment to give him this nutrition and save some cash in the pocketbook! Last week was the first week I didn’t tote my breast pump to work with me (ALLELUIA!) and I am down to feeding in the morning and at night. Next week I will transition to just the bedtime feeding, and then…FREEDOM!!!
Wyatt is standing on his own and very good at walking while holding our hand or pushing a large toy with wheels. He’s very close to taking his first step!
Wyatt has 10 teeth and we believe another one will pop through soon as he is teething again.
He loves puppies and animals. Anytime he reads a book with a dog in it, he leans over and kisses the picture. He loves to give people kisses in the form of head butts, especially when we say “Noggin!” like the sea turtles do in Finding Nemo.
Wyatt understands a lot of what we say. He has a word for Willy but I haven’t been able to replicate how he says it. But it’s definitely his name for Willy, he says it as soon as he sees Will after waking up, or if he wants to go by Will. His first word was around 9-10 months – “Uh-oh” He has that one mastered and says it every time he drops something. He also says “cheese” when someone takes his picture (started at 10 mos), “DeDe” for Daddy, “Ball,” “Good,” “Boom” (and points his finger to shoot at Will), "Cheerios", "Tickle Tickle," "There" and waves by opening and closing his hand to say HI. If Wyatt could, he would correct me at this point and tell me all the other words he knows since he points at things and speaks adamantly about the object.
Unfortunately, Jeff will be in TX for work all next week during Wyatt’s first birthday, so we’ll officially celebrate his birthday when daddy gets back on the weekend.
